1. Who we are

H&D POWER is the international business brand of Huandian (Shenyang) Power Energy Equipment Co., Ltd.（寰电（沈阳）电力能源设备有限公司）.

2. Information we collect

Information may include a contact name, company, job title, country or region, business email, telephone, WhatsApp or WeChat ID, project name and location, project stage, equipment requirements, electrical and commercial inputs, messages, consent records and basic technical request information.

3. RFQ files and attachments

When document upload is enabled, submitted SLDs, BOQs, equipment lists, technical specifications, data sheets, layouts and tender documents will be used for the related project review. Attachments will not be placed in a public directory or made available through a public file URL.

4. How information is used

Information may be used to validate and respond to an enquiry, review technical requirements, identify missing inputs, coordinate authorized supplier clarification, prepare project communications, maintain security and keep an appropriate business record.

5. Email and project communication

Where a sender provides contact details, H&D POWER may use those details to discuss the enquiry and related technical or commercial questions. Optional marketing consent is separate from the consent required to review a project enquiry.

6. Data retention

Personal and project information should be kept only for as long as reasonably required for enquiry review, contractual, security, record-keeping and legal purposes. Retention periods will be reviewed against the applicable service configuration and legal requirements.

7. Service providers and international transfers

Hosting, email delivery, file security, form protection or other approved service providers may process information only for the stated business and security purposes. If information is transferred across borders, appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards should be applied where required.

8. Security measures

Online RFQ submission uses server-side field validation, attachment extension, MIME and file-signature checks, file-name sanitization, request limits, rate controls, restricted logs and secure error handling. Attachments are processed in memory and sent directly through the configured email service; they are not published through a website file URL.

10. Sale and unrelated disclosure

H&D POWER does not sell project-enquiry data or technical files to unrelated third parties. Information may be shared only for legitimate project review, contracted service delivery, security, legal compliance or with the sender’s authorization.

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, restriction or deletion of personal information, or object to certain processing. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
