SCOPE GAPS
Equipment lists do not always define interfaces.
Ratings, terminations, auxiliary loads, protection signals and communication points must be aligned across the approved equipment scope.
PV POWER PLANT EQUIPMENT INTEGRATION
H&D POWER coordinates PV modules, inverters, step-up transformers, switchgear, protection, SCADA, PPC, cables and optional BESS under one approved technical scope.
01 · OVERVIEW
Equipment is selected against the SLD, grid requirements, approved vendor list, environmental conditions, delivery plan and total project risk—not a single factory’s catalogue.
H&D POWER coordinates multi-brand equipment, engineering interfaces, technical documentation, FAT support and export delivery through one project window. Final inclusion is defined in the approved technical and commercial scope.
02 · CUSTOMER CHALLENGES
SCOPE GAPS
Ratings, terminations, auxiliary loads, protection signals and communication points must be aligned across the approved equipment scope.
DOCUMENT CONTROL
Technical schedules, deviation records, drawings and interface data require coordinated review before release.
DELIVERY RISK
Inspection, FAT, packing, export documentation and delivery timing must follow the agreed project requirements.
03 · INTEGRATED EQUIPMENT SCOPE
Each item is included only where stated in the approved project scope.
04 · ENGINEERING INTERFACES
Module string data, combiner arrangement, inverter inputs and DC protection requirements.
Inverter output, transformer ratings, impedance, vector group, auxiliaries and cable terminations.
Collection topology, switching duties, protection philosophy, metering and interlocking.
Signal lists, communication protocols, time synchronization, plant control and utility data points.
05 · PROJECT WORKFLOW
06 · QUALITY ASSURANCE & FAT
Integrated FAT can be arranged at an approved manufacturing or complete-set partner facility, subject to project scope, facility capability and the agreed FAT procedure.
Standard FAT activities expressly listed in the commercial offer are included in the quoted scope. Third-party inspection, customer travel, special tests, non-standard facilities and repeated testing caused by scope changes are quoted separately.
07 · GRID-CONNECTION SUPPORT BOUNDARY
H&D POWER provides equipment integration, technical documentation, interface coordination, FAT support and commissioning assistance within the contracted scope.
Formal grid-connection approval, statutory engineering design, construction licensing, local certification and utility authorization remain the responsibility of the project owner and appropriately licensed local parties unless expressly included through an approved local partner.
08 · RFQ INPUTS
09 · PV PROJECT RFQ
Initial acknowledgement and input review target within 24 hours after sufficiently complete project information is received. Initial scope breakdown and budgetary quotation target within 48 hours, subject to sufficiently complete project and pricing inputs. Neither target is a final quotation or approved design.
