MANUFACTURING PARTNER NETWORK

Independent Equipment Selection. Controlled Supplier Qualification.

H&D POWER coordinates a category-based network of manufacturing resources. Selection is made project by project against technical fit, quality evidence, certification requirements, delivery risk and authorized sourcing.

Equipment category illustration · partner selection remains project-specific.

OUR MODEL

Independent by design.

H&D POWER is not positioned as a transformer manufacturer or an owner of every manufacturing facility. We are an independent equipment integrator coordinating manufacturing resources around the approved project requirements.

One H&D POWER project window can coordinate technical clarification, factory communication, document control, inspection and shipment across the selected supply chain within the contracted scope.

QUALIFICATION FRAMEWORK

Project-specific controls matched to equipment and supply risk.

Qualification depth and evidence are matched to the equipment, supplier route, risk level and agreed project requirements.

01

Factory Review

Facilities, process control, traceability, calibration and production flow may be reviewed as applicable.

02

Quality Management

Quality systems, incoming inspection, nonconformance control and records are checked against project needs.

03

Technical Capability

Engineering resources, design tools, relevant product data and customization ability are assessed for the live scope.

04

Standards & Certificates

Applicable standards evidence and project-specific certification requirements are reviewed.

05

Testing

Routine, type and special test availability is matched to the approved specification and facility capability.

06

Documentation

Brand-neutral documentation, labeling and project-specific records are evaluated where required.

07

Production Planning

Lead time, critical materials and manufacturing slots are reviewed before commitment.

08

Export Delivery

Packing, logistics, documentation and destination requirements are coordinated within the agreed scope.

PROJECT COORDINATION

One specification. One document register. One coordinated interface.

01

Technical Review

Deviations, standards and interfaces are clarified before commercial release.

02

Production Control

Schedules and agreed quality points are tracked against the project plan.

03

Inspection

Customer or third-party witness requirements are arranged before dispatch when contracted.

04

Delivery

Documentation, packing, shipping and handover are coordinated as an agreed package.

FAT & RESPONSIBILITY BOUNDARY

Scope, facility and local authority remain explicit.

Integrated FAT can be arranged at an approved manufacturing or complete-set partner facility, subject to project scope, facility capability and the agreed FAT procedure.

Standard FAT activities expressly listed in the commercial offer are included in the quoted scope. Third-party inspection, customer travel, special tests, non-standard facilities and repeated testing caused by scope changes are quoted separately.

Statutory engineering design, construction licensing, installation certification, grid-connection approval and utility authorization remain subject to local laws and appropriately licensed local parties.
