Initial review and quotation basis

Initial acknowledgement and input review target within 24 hours after sufficiently complete project information is received.

Initial scope breakdown and budgetary quotation target within 48 hours, subject to sufficiently complete project and pricing inputs.

The 24-hour target covers acknowledgement and input review; the 48-hour target covers the initial scope and budgetary route. Neither is a final quotation or approved design.

This is not a final quotation, approved design or guaranteed configuration. Final technical and commercial quotation timing depends on project complexity, supplier confirmation and documentation requirements.
